Victoria roots, construction expertise, and a passion for real estate
I was born and raised right here in Victoria, BC, and like many islanders, I fell in love with this city's unique blend of natural beauty, rich history, and vibrant community. Growing up exploring Victoria's neighborhoods, from the historic charm of Oak Bay to the emerging communities of the Westshore, gave me an appreciation for what makes each area special.
Before entering real estate, I spent years in construction, working hands on building homes and developing properties across Vancouver Island. This experience gave me invaluable insight into what makes a quality home, how properties can be improved, and the intricacies of development—knowledge that continues to benefit my clients today. Understanding a home from the ground up means I can spot potential issues, identify opportunities, and guide clients through renovations and developments with confidence.
My wife and I have built our life here in Victoria, and we're raising our family in the same community we love. Being a husband and father has deepened my understanding of what families need when searching for a home—it's not just about square footage and features, it's about finding the right neighborhood, quality schools, safe streets, and a place where your family can thrive.
